Cancellations

I will only accommodate cancelations in the first 48 hours after your order is placed. If you want to cancel your order, please contact me on my contact page!

Can I change my order?

Color changes or things of equal value can be accommodated in the first 48 hours after your order is places Contact me on my contact page

A change of color or design swap can be accommodated in the first 48 hours after your order is placed. Please contact me on my contact page to do so!

How long will it take to get my order?

All my products are made to order. I'm a one-woman team, so these take awhile! Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing.

Do you take wholesale clients?

I do! My minimum order quantity is 20 pieces. If you're interested, reach out via my contact page, or email me at leela@leelamade.com!

Do you do custom light switch covers?

Yes, I do! Please reach out via my contact page. They start at $30 and can take up to a month to create.

I have a switch type that you don't carry!

If you have a combo switch plate (for example, a switch and an outlet together), I can convert any of my existing designs for an additional $3-6. If you're interested, please reach out via my contact page!

Do you ship to Canada?

What is 3D Printing?

3D Printing is a manufacturing process which involves building an object up, thin layer by thin layer, to create a 3D object. Hobby 3D printers have come a long way in the last decade or so, and because of that, I'm able to manufacture all of my own products myself.

Will these switch covers fit my space?

Most of my switches are wider than your average light switch cover, so please measure and make sure they will fit in your space before you buy them! Dimensions are listed on each listing.

Why are your prints not perfectly smooth?

3D printers work by laying down lines side by side to form layers. If there is even a tiny inconsistency in the line thickness, it will be visible in the top surface of the print. I put a significant amount of time and effort into tuning each of my printers to look as perfect as it possibly can, but small imperfections are still possible. Please understand that I am not a large company, I'm one woman with a room full of 3D printers!

Can I buy your STLs?

Although my products are 3D-printed, I don't sell my STLs. I'm a designer first, and I want every physical manifestation of my work to be in line with my standards.
